We ship all orders from our studio in Lithuania.
Shipping rates
- Free shipping on orders over €100.
- Standard shipping for orders below €100: €3,50.
Delivery time
Delivery within Lithuania takes 1–2 working days.
Once your order is on its way, you will receive a tracking link by email.
Please note that delivery times may be slightly longer during promotional campaigns and holiday periods.
Returns Policy
We hope you love your OXOX CLUB pieces, but if something is not quite right, you can return your order within 14 days of receiving it.
Please make sure that:
- Items are unworn, unwashed and in their original condition.
- All OXOX CLUB tags and labels remain attached.
- Items are returned in their original packaging.
We are unable to accept returns that do not meet these conditions.
To make a return, first register it using your order number and email address, then complete the required information.

Once your return has arrived and been inspected, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
If we have made an error with your order, we will cover the return shipping costs. Please contact us at hello@oxoxclub.com, and we will help resolve it.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. If you would like a different size or style, please return the original item and place a new order.
