By placing your order, you agree and accept our terms and conditions. OXOX CLUB reserves the right to revise and modify the Terms and Conditions at any time.
We aim to ensure that you receive your order as quickly as possible, if your products are available. Once your order is submitted, the warehouse processes your order already on the same day from 9 am to 6 pm, except on weekends and holidays. Once the order is on your way, you will receive an automatic email with the tracking info.
Delivery time
USA and Canada: 2-5 business days.
Rest of the World: 3-7 business days
Please note that during peak periods (promotional campaigns, holidays), delays can be possible.
Shipping costs
We ship worldwide, offering Free Shipping to all countries when you spend over €150.
USA and Canada: €10
Rest of the World: €30
Please note – customs fees for international orders are not included. We recommend you to confirm it before placing your order.
United States: the order over 800$/730 Eur will be subject to fees. In this case, we reccommend to split your orders in separate shipments.
RETURNS WORLDWIDE
Customers have the right to return the products purchased from our website (oxoxclub.com) within 14 days of receiving the order. Returned items must be in their original condition, and they can not have been used or washed. The items need to have all OXOX CLUB tags & labels attached to each product and be sent back in their original package. We will not accept items as returns that do not fulfill these requirements.

The return costs are non-refundable. You are responsible for the return shipping costs.

Please note that no returns will be accepted for last chance and outlet products.
Once we accept the return at our warehouse, you will receive the refund of the items through the same payment method you used to purchase your order within 10 business days, subtracting the returning costs.

EXCHANGES WORLDWIDE
We don’t do exchanges. If you want to purchase another size or item, you should return the one purchased and place a new order. If you have any questions or concerns about our exchange and return policy, please do not hesitate to contact us.
