Returns
We hope you love your OXOX CLUB pieces—but if something’s not quite right, you can return your order within 14 days of receiving it.
Just a few things to keep in mind:
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition
- All OXOX CLUB tags and labels must still be attached
- Please return everything in its original packaging
- Items purchased from the Outlet category cannot be returned.
We’re unable to accept returns that don’t meet these requirements (as much as we'd love to).
To make a return, please first register it by entering your order number and email, and filling in the required information.

Once your return arrives safely at our warehouse and is accepted, we’ll issue your refund—back to your original payment method—within 10 business days.
If we've made a mix-up with your order (oops!), we’ll gladly cover the return shipping. Just let us know at [email protected], and we’ll sort it out with care.
Exchanges
We don’t offer direct exchanges at the moment. If you’re after a different size or style, simply return your original item and place a new order for the one you’ve got your eye on.
